ARTEC Travelling Exhibition - Review
Between 1 December 2016 and 18 September 2017, a travelling exhibition presenting the ARTEC project and in particular the set-up of the Arts and Crafts Centre at Bánffy Castle, Bonțida, was presented in several European countries, in an attempt to disseminate the project and several of its results: the Arts and Crafts Centre, as well as events that have been organised at the partner locations, in particular Open Days and Heritage Days for Schoolchildren.
The exhibition, composed of 13 panels, was opened at the following locations:
1 December 2016: the Art School of Teruel, Spain
16 January 2017: the Romanian Cultural Institute in Madrid, Spain
31 January 2017: European Parliament in Brussels, Belgium
15 February 2017: the Romanian Cultural Institute in Paris, France
19 April 2017: the Romanian Cultural Institute in Budapest, Hungary
18 May 2017: Bánffy Castle, Bonțida, Romania
17 August 2017: the Romanian Cultural Institute in Berlin, Germany
18 September 2017: the Romanian Cultural Institute in London, Great Britain
After travelling, the exhibition has returned to Bánffy Castle, Bonțida, Romania, to become part of the Arts and Crafts Centre’s permanent exhibition, where it can be viewed at any time.
